We are told how complicated the states budgeting is, yet this is something that we as taxpayers do on a daily basis. Yet after reviewing the last 6 Michigan budget's. Governor Snyder is the first Governor to actually look at what comes in and spend accordingly. It is this kind of serious and open approach that must continue.
